Military Qualified Financial Planner (MQFP®)
Specialized education for professionals serving military and veteran families.
The MQFP® program provides financial professionals with specialized education in the benefits, financial systems, and planning issues unique to military and veteran families.
The program helps professionals develop the knowledge needed to integrate military compensation, retirement systems, disability and survivor benefits, education benefits, tax considerations, and other military-specific issues into comprehensive financial guidance.
For military and veteran families, MQFP® also provides a way to identify fee-only financial professionals whose specialized military financial knowledge has been verified.

The Military Financial Professionals Community of Practice brings together more than 150 financial professionals in a private, collegial environment designed for learning and collaboration across disciplines.
Members share knowledge, ask questions, seek mentorship, and learn from professionals with complementary expertise in financial planning, financial counseling, taxation, military benefits, and related fields.
By connecting professionals who might otherwise work in separate disciplines, the Community of Practice expands the collective expertise available to military members, veterans, and their families.
